W.T Moore Elementary School is proud of our community and we invite local businesses to to support our

students through a partnership with Parents and Teachers for Moore (PTM)! Sponsorship will directly

ensure W.T. Moore Elementary PTM’s ongoing success. It also creates an opportunity for you to build better

relationships with loyal customers, clients and local community. W.T. Moore Elementary School represents

more than 600 students in the neighborhoods surrounding the school, as well as families from all over the city

of Tallahassee.

PTM raises money to enhance our students’ academic education and overall school experience. The funds pay

for areas that are experiencing a shortage of school funds and many educational extras such as:

technology, art, physical education, music, library, science, additional instructional materials, cultural arts

events and much more. 100% of the money raised from corporate sponsorships will benefit W.T. Moore

Elementary School.

We are currently inviting our business community to provide sponsorship support for events and supplies in

many different ways. As a sponsor, your business will receive advertising benefits such as ad placement in

our newsletters and on our website, along with Facebook and School Dojo mentions. Our hope is that you too,

will take pride in being a part of this W.T. Moore Elementary community and join us in the continuous effort to

provide an excellent environment for our students and staff.

Sponsorship levels start at $250 and go up to $2000. Sponsors selecting to support W.T. Moore PTM with donations of $1,000 or greater may make their donations in 5 equal payments, payable upon execution of this Sponsorship Agreement and on August 1, October 1, December 1, and February 1 (reminder invoices will be sent from PTM).

All sponsorship benefits are contingent upon business partners signing the attached Sponsorship Agreement,

making timely payments and providing marketing assets (logos and business details) as requested.
